Just found a very small tick on the back of my knee last night. Honestly, it was the Good Lord showing me this tick that had bitten me!! It was the size of a poppy seed! VERY tiny!! Never would I even look behind my knee, but it itched a little and I gave it a second look. The Dr gave me 10 days of doxy 100 mg and also the county office wanted the tick to send to Raleigh and tell what type it was. When my kids get back from scout camp, I am searching them head to toe and I think I got this when visiting them earlier this week on parents night!
