Just beautiful! I watched every minute. I just finished reading Alois Podhajsky’s My Horses, My Teachers – he headed the SRS for many years and his approach of listening to what the horse had to say was both kind and effective.
I particularly noticed in the video that the ridden horses generally were not bracing on the bit, nor were the curb reins tight – the horses were in self-carriage rather than being forced into a frame. Unlike a lot of what you see nowadays in dressage competitions even at the highest international levels.
Just lovely! My favourite part is that the horses aren’t being steered and forced- there are tiny movements made by the rider that instruct the horse but they perform is willingly. Its as close to a conversation as you can have with a horse.
AMAZING!!!!!!! thanks for that… I’m away to practice my prelim dressage 🙂
Very much enjoyed this, thanks for sharing!
