If you, like me, are not in Kentucky watching Rolex, all is not lost. After foxhunting this morning (great ride through some of our most beautiful territory), now I can sit back and watch the video on the USEF Network.

For those of you who just want a quick update and a peak at the leader going XC, Mary King is in the lead on Kings Temptress. She’s also the runner up, lying in second place on Fernhill Urco.

Mary King is such a class act. After coming in third place at Badminton last week on Imperial Cavalier to Mark Todd and Piggy French said at the final press conference:

“I’m particularly pleased to be sitting here next to Piggy as she used to write me fan letters as a little girl and I would reply to her – now maybe it’s me who should be writing her letters!”
