These horses have the right idea! I’ve never seen a horse go in quite that deep or dip its face in the water like that but it’s bound to feel good and keep the bugs at bay.

Great video!! Some of our horses stick their nose in the water up to their eyes during the Summer. It seems to moisten the nasal passages and clear out the dust. Funny to watch though!
There was a pond at the farm that I used to ride at, and they drank from it, but I’ve never seen anything like that. The horses have fallen in before as they’re galloping around. Apparently they swam out and did it again!!!
