It’s hard to imagine the focus, training and trust that makes this performance possible.
I’m blown away. Those two horses are superbly trained and with the grey one you can see how much he loves and trusts his rider. A lot of us riders would wish their horses to be so calm in the face of plastic and waving people and stuff – it obviously can be done!! I can’t imagine the amount of hard work that went into acclimatizing the horses to all these “obstacles” and getting them to remain so calm. Wow, just wow.
Yes, I’m impressed. They make it look so easy but we all know that it’s not!
Oh dear yes. I love reading your stories about Zelda and when I saw the video I had to giggle madly, imagining you trying this stuff with her. I think someone would have to scrape you from the ceiling … 😉
Thanks for reading! Zelda has so much personality that she really is easy to write about. She is smart enough that she could learn to put up with all that fuss and bother . . . whether she would want to? I think you’re right, you’d have to scrape me off the ceiling. Freedom, for sure. He comes by that hair trigger reaction naturally.
