Zelda has a striking blaze. I’ve always thought that it looked like the Dr. Seuss characters, Thing 1 or Thing 2, the mischievous twins in the Cat in the Hat. Luckily, she is better behaved.
In fact, now I can’t unsee it. The question is, which one is Zelda? And where’s her twin?

I can’t unsee it now, either. And since I know little of anything Seuss (my mother abhorred the books and they weren’t allowed in the house), I can’t say for sure which one the twin is. But my friend had a cat, all black save for a white mark on her nose that run up between her eyes, shaped in a question mark. Her name was Who. We had ALL sorts of fun with that one. I don’t know if the name was due to the Abbot and Costello thing or just because someone in the family had a wicked sense of humor.
