Eventing Nation reports that there has been a ruling in the ownership dispute between Peter Atkins and Linda Martin regarding HJ Hampton (better known as Henny).
The judge has found that a partnership did exist between the two individuals and has ruled that to dissolve the partnership, Henny will be sold at auction to the highest bidder.
Atkins is working now to put together a syndicate to purchase the horse. His partnership with Henny was popularized by his helmet cam videos, his Run Henny Run campaign, and the obvious love that his son Owen has for the big eventer. There are a lot of people rooting for him.
Eventing Nation has published the court ruling in its entirety. It’s 32 pages but makes for an interesting read and answers many of the questions that swirled around this controversy.

I hope Peter will be able to put together a group of buyers.
