As the Olympics approach . . .

Marion Coakes and Stroller
I would have loved to see Marion Coakes Mould riding Stroller in the 1968 Olympics. At just 14.2, he was dwarfed by the fence which was 1.7 meters high (5’5″) and 2.2. meters wide (7’2″). It’s hard to imagine a pony game enough to even attempt this jump, let alone clear it. But they did and brought home the individual silver!
