An impressive cross country round put Michael Jung and fischerRocana FST just one second over the optimum time at 11:04. They sit on a score of 27.5 headed into Stadium Jumping tomorrow. Will Jung continue his winning streak? He’ll need to have nerves of steel.
Yesterday’s leader, Marilynn Little, dropped to 6th place after racking up time faults but the top six are very tightly packed. Stadium jumping could change everything.
Going into the final day, the standings are:
-
- Michael Jung, fischerRocana, with 27.5
- Christopher Burton, Nobilis 18, with 27.9
- Oliver Townend, Cooley Master Class, with 28.7
- Lynn Symansky, Donner, with 31.3
- Oliver Townend, MHS KING JOULES, with 31.3 (tied for 4th)
- Marilyn Little, RF Scandalous, with 32.8
Ohhhhhh this is hard – who to route for? I’d like to see Jung win once again … on the other hand Marilyn delivered such a beautiful dressage performance, she deserves it too!
