The British Horse Society is using “Trigger” a mechanical horse, to introduce people to the joys of riding while they visit the British Leisure Show.

Last year Trigger was one of the most popular attractions, with many people who had never seen a horse or pony lining up for a ride.

The rides are free and new equestrians are supervised by a BHS registered instructor.

Of course what they don’t tell you is that your ride on Trigger will be your last free horse related activity . . . and there’s no mention of all the 30 lbs per day of manure that the average horse produces!
