What an amazing photo! Riders are part of the Cumbria Heavy Horses. This photo is on their Facebook page with the following caption: Heavy Horse breeds represented were the Shire and Clydesdale, also Mani our Trait du Nord. Clydesdales: Tommy, Ollie, Major, Lugs, Sparky, Hamish, Ben, Ecco, and Little Prince, with Shires: Jack, Zac and Cally (S), and Shire/Clydesdale crosses Gypsy and Brutus, fifteen well schooled well behaved Heavy Horses working fantastically in an at times 60mph wind. SO proud of them…and the riders did an amazing job in cold, windy and very difficult conditions. WELL DONE TO EVERYONE WHO TOOK PART.
