This is the view from the loft down onto the aisle of the barn. Whenever we have a new horse come into the barn, it is usually concerned, if not downright nervous, about the bales of hay that drop down. That anxiety doesn’t last long. Now it’s all I can do to get them to move out of the way so I can drop the hay down. They know that’s where food comes from! That’s Freedom standing underneath. Willow is probably right beside him and as soon as the first bale is “delivered” they’ll be munching away.
